I only gave two stars cause the picture didn’t match what I received. The image shows arms extended with two vertical and four horizontal bars that you hold on to. What I got was a bar that was bent into an L shape which then had locks that you would twist around. So if you wanted to do pull ups then you’d twist it horizontal. If you wanted to go crunches then you’d twist it vertical…etc… They need to update the picture cause this was not what I got. I am too lazy to return it and complain so I just kept it and modified it according to my needs. Also, it’s badly made cause after assembly the left arm wasn’t at the same level as the right arm. The welding was cheap and inaccurate such that one arm was actually lower then the other arm. I had to use my power drill to get it to become more level. It’s still out of level though. This should really be worth only 100 dollars in my opinion.

Great inexpensive power tower., September 12, 2014

This is a great tower. The images are correct and it is as shown. The assembly was a piece of cake taking about than 15 minutes. The tower is quite stable with minor flexing from side to side as the post bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts but it’s not that big of a deal to me. So far I’m very happy with this tower.
A couple notes:
The tower in the leg raise position is around 5’10" in height.
With the arms extended in the pull up position the height is around 7’4"

This is not a good product for petite women, December 21, 2014
This review is from: CAP Strength VKR Tower (Sports)
This is not a good product for petite women. I returned it after assembling because the arm supports were too far apart for me to hold myself up on and the foot supports are inadequate. Not suitable for a petite, 5’4 woman.
